No Bake Snickers Cheesecake Cream Pie


Ingredients

  1. Snicker Cheesecake Cream Pie
  2. 1 graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  3. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  4. 8 oz cream cheese
  5. 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers (or more to preference)


Garnishes

  1. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  2. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  3. additional chopped Snickers

Instructions

  1. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy {to avoid lumps make sure cream cheese is really soft or place in microwave for 20 seconds}.
  2. Add in vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Beat until combined.
  3. In separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
  4. Using a rubber spatula, pour the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and gently mix together. Fold in the chopped Snickers and combine.
  5. Spread into the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 6 hours, or overnight, before serving. Can be made up to 2-3 days in advance and kept in fridge until ready.
  6. Optional garnishes: Beat 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream + powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread onto pie and garnish with additional chopped Snickers. You can melt some chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle chocolate over the pie. Or use some Cool Whip for something easier.
