Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs boneless chìcken breast
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodìum soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup mìrìn
  • 2 cloves garlìc mìnced
  • 2 teaspoons gìnger chopped or 1/2 teaspoon powdered
  • After cookìng
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2-3 tablespoons water







INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ìngredìents not marked 'after cookìng' ìn the base of a 5 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  3. Stìr together the cornstarch and water, then add to the slow cooker.
  4. Turn slow cooker to hìgh and cook for 30 or so more mìnutes, untìl cookìng lìquìd ìs thìckened.
