PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE


Ingredients

  1. 12 ice cream sandwiches
  2. 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce warmed
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter warmed
  4. 1 1/2 cups whipped topping thawed
  5. 1 cup mini peanut butter cups chopped

Instructions

  1. Layer 4 ice cream sandwiches in a row, long ends touching.
  2. Spread with 2 heaping tablespoons hot fudge, then drizzle with 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter.
  3. Cover with 1/2 cup whipped topping and sprinkle with 1/3 cup peanut butter cups.
  4. Repeat layers 2 more times. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
