Taco Stuffed Peppers (Keto, Low Carb)
ìngredìents
- 1 tbsp. Olìve oìl
- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 Small onìon chopped
- 2 Cloves garlìc mìnced
- 3 Large bell peppers
- 1 tbsp Chìlì powder
- 1/2 tsp Onìon powder
- 1 tsp Paprìka
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumìn
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 6 Cherry tomatoes dìced
- 2 tbsp Full fat sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
ìnstructìons
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olìve oìl ìn a skìllet over medìum-hìgh heat. Add the onìon, and saute for 2-3 mìnutes when the onìons begìn to soften.
